The Pembrokeshire Fungus Recording network was established in 2005 by Sam Bosanquet, Jane Hodges and David Harries, with support from Robin Crump and Holly Harries.

Following Sam Bosanquet’s move to Carmarthenshire, two organisation changes were made in 2008: David harries took over the role of County Recorder and Trevor Theobald joined the steering group.

The network operates through e-mail contacts and updates to the website. A number of Network members also run a Facebook group “Finding Fungi in Pembrokeshire”, which has proved ideal for posting interesting finds and for helping with identification.
